The ATM Industry Association has issued a last call for speakers for its 2018 U.S. conference to be held Feb. 6–8 at Wynn Las Vegas. The association is accepting speaker proposals online through Friday, July 21, according to a press release.
The theme for the 2018 conference is "Innovate and Succeed: The Next Decade for ATMs." Speaker candidates are encouraged to explore aspects of ATM and self-service innovation and their likely impact on the financial services industry over the next 10 years.
Sessions may consist of individual presentations, case studies with multiple presenters, or panel discussions. The conference agenda will include a half-day of workshops followed by two days of plenary sessions and breakouts.
A breakout track focused on the Latin America ATM market is being considered for the 2018 conference, ATMIA said.
Speaker candidates must submit a brief summary of their proposed presentation, as well as a working title, speaker names and titles, company, and expected takeaways from the session. Most sessions will be allotted 40 minutes.
All proposals will be reviewed by a speaker committee that will work with ATMIA staff to select the most interesting and appropriate content for the conference.
The ATM Industry Association, founded in 1997, is a global non-profit trade association with over 10,500 members in 65 countries. The membership base covers the full range of this worldwide industry comprising over 2.2 million installed ATMs.
