ATMIA announces keynote speaker for 2015 US conference

The event will feature Lior Arussy, an authority on "customer-centric transformation," who will outline a revolutionary approach to help the ATM industry focus clearly on a new customer-centric world.

The ATM Industry Association has selected the keynote speaker for its 2015 US conference and expo, themed "Enhancing the Consumer's Self-service Experience."

Lior Arussy, an authority on "customer-centric transformation," will employ insight, fact-based analysis, and humor as he outlines a revolutionary approach to help the ATM industry focus clearly on the new customer-centric world.

Arussy's expertise in the area of customer experience is the product of extensive work with some of the world's leading brands — Capital One, HSBC, and Thomson Reuters, to name a few.

Arussy is also the founder of the multinational Strativity Group, a customer experience research and consulting firm that helps clients create pleasing customer experiences while executing profitable customer strategies. The company has been recognized by Forrester Group as a leading pioneer in the area of customer-centric transformation.

The opening keynote will kick off an expanded program of breakout sessions on a broad range of topics arranged in tracks to address specific area of interest. Tracks include:

  • technology and innovation;
  • regulations and compliance;
  • security and risk management;
  • payments and deposits; and
  • business management and education.

Industry members interested in conducting a conference session may submit their proposals for presentations and case studies until July 15 using the association's online form.

The conference will take place Feb. 17–19 at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. Additional information about the agenda and accommodations will be made available in the weeks to come.
