ATM USA names Richard Kowalski to advisory board

Morrisville, N.C.-based ATM USA LLC, a nationwide ATM owner and operator, has named banking veteran Richard A. Kowalski to its advisory board.
 
According to a news release from ATM USA, Kowalski has many years of hands-on experience in the ATM industry, including project management, finance management, vendor management, new product development, marketing and risk management. He also has worked closely with retail organizations, establishing successful business models for surcharge-free ATM programs.
 
"Rick is uniquely qualified to advise our executives as we continue to expand our financial institution business," said Haze Lancaster III, ATM USA's founder. "He will provide invaluable advice on advanced functionality in our product line, marketing and brand management and mergers and acquisitions. He is widely regarded as an experienced builder of profitable and reliable off-premise ATM networks."
 
Kowalski has more than 23 years experience at regional banks, including Fleet Bank, KeyCorp and M&T Bank, holding positions in finance, product management and risk management. He is considered a subject matter expert in encryption key management and ATM project management. He holds degrees from Canisius College and the Jacobs School of Management at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
