ATM jackpotting suspects jailed in Houston

Authorities have arrested two men and are seeking a third in an attempted ATM jackpotting case in the Houston area.

The case is being prosecuted by the newly formed Cyber Crimes Unit of the Harris County district attorney's office.

A local ABC News affiliate reported that Juan Carlos Navarro Miranda, 35; and Jose Angel Diaz Toledo, 40, were dressed as technicians and attempting to install malware on an Amegy Bank ATM in Baytown when they were apprehended. A third man, Manuel A. Medina, 37, fled.

According to the report, the incident is part of "a new crime trend" in the Houston area.
