ATM in Welshpool dispenses too much cash

BBC:Over 100 people queued up in line at an ATM in Welshpool, Wales, on Monday as the machine started dispensing double what cardholders asked for. It is believed that thousands of pounds were withdrawn during the four-hour giveaway before the faulty ATM at Sainsbury's ran out of notes. Sainsbury's Bank said it had no plans to recoup the cash. It comes after a similar incident in Manchester when crowds lined up at an ATM giving double the cash requested.
