Atlantic Union Bank wins Top Workplaces award

Atlantic Union Bank won a 2024 Top Workplaces USA award from Energage. This program surveys more than 20 million employees in the U.S. to find the best workplaces, according to a press release.

The bank focuses on being caring, courageous and committed, and it delivers learning and development opportunities for its employees. "It's an honor to be named a Top Workplace for the second year in a row," John Asbury, CEO of Atlantic Union Bank, said in the release.

"Our teammates' honest feedback has been instrumental in shaping our culture and driving success. We are incredibly grateful for their support, without which this recognition would not be possible."
