Fans arriving at Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas, for the Houston Astro's' first home baseball game will discover that spending a lot of money at the game will come as no surprise; how they pay could be, however

Like many Major League parks this year dealing with COVID-19 safety precautions, Minute Maid Park is using reverse ATMs. The entire ballpark is now a cashless venue for the season.

Fans will discover reverse ATMs throughout the park and can use the machines to exchange cash for a branded Astros' Mastercard that will be loaded with the correct amount of money they inserted into the reverse ATM. Fans can use the cards for food, beverages and souvenirs.

Should there be a balance left on the card after the game ends, cardholders can use the branded card anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Cards will be capped at $500.
