IRVING, Texas-Genpass Technologies, manager of the MoneyPass EFT network and the number-two largest ATM driver in the U.S., has appointed Douglas D. Anderson president of the MoneyPass ATM Network.

According to a news release, Anderson currently is president of Genpass Card Services, a provider of PayCard and medical spending technology.

An EFT veteran, Anderson founded MAC, at its time the largest EFT switch in the U.S. and the first EFT network to bring debit cards to supermarkets and pay-at-the-pump technology to the market. He also was the first CEO of EPS and was the founder and CEO of Card Alert Services, an EFT fraud-management firm.
