American Express delivers checking account with rewards to small businesses

American Express recently unveiled its Business Checking account for all eligible small businesses in the U.S., which offers no fees, 24/7 assistance and membership points for travel and deposits, according to a press release.

"Cash flow is critical for small businesses and American Express Business Checking is designed to support the daily money management that businesses need, plus an on-the-go banking experience that not only matches the way they work, but rewards them for it," Gina Taylor, EVP and general manager of business blueprint and banking at American Express, said in the release. "We're backing small businesses even more by rewarding them for doing something that's core to the health of their business: banking."

With the account businesses can:

• Earn 1.30% APY on balances up to $500,000.
• Deposit mobile checks.
• Pay bills and vendors.
• Link accounts to QuickBooks.
