Amerant Bank selects SOCi for digital marketing

Amerant Bank, a subsidiary of Amerant Bancorp Inc. based in Florida, selected SOCi Inc. for its digital marketing platform. In particular, SOCi will provide its Pages, Listing and Reviews tools to help the bank expand into new regions through review management and search optimization, according to a press release.
Key features of the SOCi platform include:
- Review management to analyze customer feedback.
- Customized local pages through Google Business Profile listings.
- Manages Google listings.
- Provides insights into customer sentiment, keyword ranking and page performance.
"SOCi offered us review management, local pages, directory assistance, visual data for customer sentiment, SEO aid, and customization of modules for location landing pages," Sam Francois, SVP and head of marketing at Amerant Bank, said in the release. "The platform's ability to effectively manage our banking center and ATM locator, ensuring our listings are live and able to be updated quickly in the case of emergencies, have been invaluable."
