Amazon driver kidnapped, forced to withdraw cash from ATMs

An Amazon driver in San Ramon, California was kidnapped and forced by two culprits to withdraw cash from ATMs in the East Bay area. A man and a woman driving an SUV crashed into the Amazon delivery truck and after it pulled over, the woman entered the Amazon truck and held up the driver, according to a report by SFIST.

The man followed behind them in the SUV as they went to a Bank of America branch and the woman forced the driver to withdraw cash. They then went to another Bank of America branch, but when that transaction didn't work, the suspects fled the scene.

Afterwards, the employee contacted his boss, who then notified the police. There were no injuries and the investigation is ongoing.
