Alliance Catholic Credit Union deploys 5 ITMs

Alliance Catholic Credit Union, based in Michigan, has deployed five interactive teller machines from Dolphin Debit, according to a press release.

The credit union deployed the initial ITMs at new locations but plans to deploy further ones at other locations that, "may not need a high level or staffing or when replacing something like a drive-thru," Adam Tonge, VP of retail services for Alliance Catholic, said in the release.

Dolphin manages all updates, compliance and service for the ITMs.

"ITMs are definitely part of our future. ITMs are helping us grow our footprint with smaller, more cost-effective branch locations," Tonge said in the release. "The branch model with an ITM allows us to test new markets with a smaller human and financial capital investment."
