DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- Allegiant Bank has chosen Mosaic Software's Postilion software to provide ATM driving, as well as transaction switching and routing, for Allegiant's network of approximately 20 ATMs.
Shaun Hayes, president and chief executive officer of St. Louis-based Allegiant Bank, said in a news release that the use of the Postilion software is "part of Allegiant Bank's strategy to continually improve its technology to better serve its customers and the St. Louis community."
Established in 1989, Allegiant Bank has 39 locations in the St. Louis area.
Mosaic's family of products, named Postilion, is used for ATM processing/monitoring, EFT switching and routing, POS and credit/debit card processing, Internet/call center payment authorizations, prepayment and Internet/home banking and mobile commerce applications. According to the news release, Postilion is the first fully-fledged EFT switch running on Windows NT/Windows 2000 and is live in more than 500 installations worldwide.
Mosaic's clients include 7-Eleven, E*Trade, Columbus Data Services, Sky Financial Group, Woodforest National Bank, Arrowhead Central Credit Union and Honda Federal in the U.S.; Retail Decisions and Transaction Network Services in the UK; Calypso and Laser Cash in Canada; and NBS and MTN in South Africa.
