Alkami intros 'To my Jelly Bean' social media campaign to highlight banks, credit unions

Alkami Technology Inc., a cloud-based digital banking solutions provider, has introduced a social media campaign called "To my Jelly Bean' to highlight the role community banks and credit unions play in the lives of customers. The campaign features a video of a mother writing a letter to her daughter, nicknamed Jelly Bean, who is about to go to college, according to a press release.

In the video, the mother talks about both happy and tragic moments such as the girl's first steps, the death of her father and now her journey to college. The campaign also features how a local bank supported them with a college savings plan and helped them start a children's clothes business called Jelly Bean and buy a home.

"We hope 'To my Jellybean' serves as a reminder of all that regional and community financial institutions do to support the communities they serve — and the account holders who rely on their bank or credit union to help them ultimately realize their dreams," Allison Cerra, CMO for Alkami, said in the release.
