Alaric Systems joins IBM's PartnerWorld Industry Networks

LONDON -  Alaric Systems Ltd. announced in a July 7 news release that it has achieved industry-optimized status in IBM's PartnerWorld Industry Networks.

Alaric creates software to serve a blue-chip client base of banks, card processors and other financial institutions in the United Kingdom, Europe and the Americas. Key products include Authentic, which is a comprehensive card-authorization, payment-gateway and switching solution, and Sabre and Fractals, which offer card issuers and acquirers a choice of approaches to fraud prevention.

Alaric and IBM have been working together to port those products to key technical environments including AIX and Linux on POWER5, Linux on IBM eServer xSeries and WebSphere MQ.

Alaric products are written entirely in Java.

The IBM PartnerWorld Industry Networks provide ISVs with comprehensive business insight, technical resources, networking opportunities, and marketing and sales support designed to help them reach more customers and close deals faster.
