Agenda, speakers announced for ATM & Payments Security 2017

April 27, 2017

The ATM Industry Association has announced the program and speaker lineup for the ATM & Payment Security 2017 conference to be held Sept. 19–20 in London at the Tower Hotel. This is the 17th year for the event, previously known as ATM Security, and the first time it is being produced with ATMIA's new conference partner, Reconnaissance International.

"Since we personally founded this international ATM security conference back in 2001, it has grown from strength to strength each year to become the most original, authentic, largest and most important security summit in the industry," ATMIA CEO Mike Lee said in a press release. "For our 20th anniversary year, ATMIA has put together the strongest speaker lineup at a security event in our industry in recent times."

Organizations and regulatory bodies represented on the speaker list include: Access Cash; AGIS Consulting; ATMIA; Citibank; DFR Risk Management Ltd.; Dutch Payments Association; European Central Bank; European Intelligent Cash Protection Association; International Currency Association; Kaspersky Lab (Europe); LINK Interchange Network; MasterCard International; Microsoft; Oberthur; Reserve Bank of Australia; Secure Remote Payment Council (USA); Sicpa; Smartwater Technology; Spinnaker; The Royal Mint; ThetaRay and Retail Bank Consulting Group; TMD Security; and UL.

Topics will cover all aspects of security for ATMs, payments and cash. The full agenda is available online, along with registration information.

"ATMIA's events plough proceeds from our conferences, including this one, right back into our tireless, year-long ATM industry work, including advocacy, education, security best practices and important security committee work," Lee said. "Other security events cannot match this [unique selling proposition], nor our track record in providing security best practices for all levels of ATM protection since 2003."
