February 16, 2000

OCEANSIDE, Calif., Dec. 2 -- Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. has signed on with Greenland Corporation as a second major distributor licensed to sell Greeland's SmartCash ATMs. According to Louis T. Montulli, CEO and chairman of Greenland Corporation, Greenland and ACS have signed a two year, non-exclusive distributorship agreement which "allows ACS certain exclusive rights to represent SmartCash ATMs for sale in the United States." ACS Electronic Commerce Group, a division of ACS, Inc. based in Dallas, provides processing for more than 17,000 ATM machines and maintenance for more than 7,000 machines nationwide. Montulli said, "ACS provides Greenland nearly instant access to thousands of additional individual customers and a significant number of key corporate opportunities." Pete DuPre, senior vice president of ACS Electronic Commerce Group, said, "ACS is actively pursuing opportunities to expand our presence in the advanced ATM market, including providing services such as check cashing, money order processing and phone card sales. Our agreement with Greenland is consistent with our strategy and provides us rapid time to market to address our customers' demand for these services." Greenland also has a Master Distributor Agreement with RBSA, an ATM distributor headquartered in Dallas. After signing the agreement in March of 1999, RBSA set up a dedicated corporation, SmartCash ATM Ltd., with an executive sales force in both Dallas and Colorado Springs, Colo. Randy Coleman, president of SmartCash ATM Ltd., announcing plans to establish an additional management sales office in Oceanside, Calif. in January 2000, said his company plans to achieve its 1,200 unit purchase order requirement to maintain its exclusivity in year 2000.
