ACH Federal to power ACH processing for New England Bank

ACH Federal, a provider of online electric payment processing services to banks and businesses, has announced in a news release that New England Bank, an independent community bank serving Connecticut, has signed ACH Federal to provide Automated Clearing House services to its customers via an online/Web service.
According to a news release, ACH Federal will begin processing with New England Bank on April 1.
New England Bank customers will be able to conduct their personal and business transactions such as payroll, recurring payments and direct deposit through New England Bank's Web site, which will be powered by ACH Federal.
"With increasing numbers of customers requesting online payment processing, we looked for a vendor that could provide a combination of stellar security, reliability and customer service," said James O'Donnell, vice president of commercial deposit services at New England Bank.
