ACG takes refurb business to Latin America

November 26, 2002

ALPHARETTA, Ga. -- ACG atm-remarketers, a company that buys and sells new and refurbished ATM equipment to banks, credit unions and ISOs, has hired Kurt K. Nienhusser to lead an expansion of its business to Latin America.

ACG president Woody Alderman said in a news release, "After receiving numerous inquiries from Latin American businesses, we decided we needed a way to better serve this growing market."

Nienhusser, a Spanish-speaking native of Chile, is the right man to market ACG's products in Latin America, Alderman said.

Nienhusser said that most members of the Latin American banking community are not familiar with the benefits of refurbished equipment. "(They) aren't aware that they can buy an ATM from ACG for less than half the price of a new one, and that they can benefit from the thousands of spare parts we have in stock," he said in the release.

ACG offers many of the same products and services it sells in the U.S. to Latin America, including a variety of NCR and DieboldATMs, a large inventory of spare parts for same day shipment and technical support.

For more information about ACG's Latin American products and services, Nienhusser may be contacted at knienhusser@atm-remarketers.com.
