Atlanta Computer Group Inc. has acquired Red Diamond LLC., a full-service logistics company focusing on ATM, kiosk and related signage. Based out of Upland, California, Red Diamond provides an extensive network of resources to perform desired services throughout the U.S., ACG said in a company press release.
"Red Diamond was founded on tailoring specific solutions to best serve our customers through the use of knowledge, technology and highly skilled personnel while maintaining recognition as a dependable, responsible partner with exceeding levels of integrity, quality and commitment," Andrew Quinonez, founder of Red Diamond, said in the release.
"Red Diamond's experience of more than 45 years in serving the financial industry, the kiosk industry and the related signage industry provides a very logical addition to our portfolio of offerings. It gives us the ability to 'finish the drill' for our customers by taking a remanufactured ATM all the way through installation. This also gives us a platform to grow in many other service offerings including kiosk and product deployments, branch surveys, canopy repair and other customer driven projects," Phil Winn, ACG president, said in the release.
Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, ACG has operating offices in Las Vegas, London and Poland. The company supports the ATM hardware and service industry, Smart Safe hardware and service industry, financial institutions and the gaming industry.
Industry leader since 1986, ACG operates offices in Atlanta, Las Vegas, London, and Poland. Providing ATM hardware and services to financial institutions, ATM service providers and gaming industries. ACG is proud to be a Master Distributor of the ATEC LTA-450, LTA-380 and LTA-100 Teller Cash Recyclers.
