ARDEN HILLS, Minn. And ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Access Cash International of Arden Hills, Minn., and Cash Resources of Englewood, Colo. have reached what both companies call "an amicable resolution" in their yearlong dispute over about 600 ATM sites in Western states. Translation: The two ISOs won't be going to court. Terms of the settlement are confidential and were not disclosed. Sam Jonas, president of Cash Resources, said, "We are pleased that the dispute is behind us and that Access Cash and Cash Resources may now move forward to focus on our respective businesses and our joint venture customers." "It's settled and it's amicable. There is a continuing relationship on a number of locations," said Frank Capan, president of Access Cash. Translation: Existing joint customers won't be affected, but the two companies likely won't partner on any future deployments.
