Acadia Federal Credit Union, based in Maine, integrated Glia's Interaction Platform for phone and digital channels. The platform delivers a unified data view along with training to bring staff up to speed, according to a press release.
With this platform, the credit union can meet demand for loans while supporting membership growth through remote support.
"With Glia, we are providing our members with choice, allowing them to transition to digital channels at their own pace. We can efficiently support the increase in digital adoption without alienating those who still prefer to call in," Charles Pelletier, information systems manager at Acadia Federal Credit Union, said in the release.
