About ATM America

The goal of ATM America, Inc. (ATMA) is to provide cost-effective ATM solutions to our customers, distributors, and wholesalers through the development of long-term partnerships. After spending many years in the credit card industry and selling scrip terminals for Electronic Processing, Inc., ATMA was founded in 1994 by Al Kelley. Since 1994, ATMA has become a nationwide distributor of Triton ATM products. 

Here are just a few examples of the recognition ATMA has earned in the industry:

  • Triton Master Distributor levels 1 and 2
  • Triton "US Top Performer" three years in a row
  • "Admiral's Club" for the year 2000 (Triton's highest award)

Currently ATMA has a 7,000 square foot Administration and Warehouse facility in Columbia, SC . This office serves as the backbone for our extensive network of Distributors, Wholesalers, Customers, and Technical Support Staff located around the country and, soon, the world.

ATMA is devoted to advancing new technologies. ATMA was one of the first companies to successfully deploy Cellular ATMs through use of Triton's CDPD transaction delivery and are currently working to help certify multiple processors who do not currently employ this developing technology. Through advancements in flat panel CPUs and other media delivering components, ATMA is also working on a new way to provide guaranteed profitability to any location for their ATM.

There are exciting prospects for a "new" brand of ATM provider. This "new" brand of company will not only be able to provide ATM solutions to all their customers, but will also be able to deliver customer service at a level unparalleled in our industry. ATMA has already made a giant leap toward this level by providing it's customers with automatic daily deposits of transaction surcharge income. While other companies struggle to pay their customers months later by writing checks, ATMA customers can instantaneously receive monies owed to them, and generate daily on-line reports through the internet to balance their machines and bank account . Another area of customer service in which ATMA excels is our level of personal service. ATMA does not have a phone system that you must navigate by pressing buttons. You will always talk to a person during business hours. After hours, all you have to do is leave a message and someone will be paged to retrieve your request and promptly return your call or pass the information along to the appropriate person.

By providing these and many other benefits to our customers, wholesalers, and distributors, ATMA can further develop it's share of the industry. ATMA is committed to being completely customer-service driven. These combined will give all our customers the cost benefits of dealing with a large company. But, will also provide the level of personal customer service one would only expect from a small company.
