Missouri police arrested a 78-year-old woman named Bonnie Gooch on bank robbery charges. The woman allegedly entered a Goppert Financial Bank in Pleasant Hill, Missouri and demanded 13,000 small bills. She also wrote in the note to the bank teller, "thank you sorry I didn't mean to scare you," according to a report by the Kansas City Star.

She was seen entering the bank wearing a grey outfit with plastic gloves, a black N95 mask and sunglasses. Surveillance footage captured her banging on the counter, demanding that the teller hurry up and give her the money. Police later apprehended her in a Buick Enclave. They said she smelled strongly of alcohol and they found the money scattered on her car floor.

This isn't the first time Gooch has been convicted of bank robbery. She was first convicted in California in 1977 then in 2020 of robbing a Lee's Summit bank. On Jan. 23, 2020, her son called police and said she was "off her rocker" and claimed she was going to rob a bank.

Gooch is -in Cass County Jail with bail set at $25,000.
