3 ATMs stolen from Florida hotels

Police are on the lookout for the culprits who stole three ATMs from hotels in Jacksonville, Florida. The thefts at a Hampton Inn, a Courtyard by Marriott and a 4 points by Sheraton all occurred within minutes of each other, according to a report by News 4 Jax.

Police are looking for two males who were likely wearing safety vests and driving a gray SUV. Security footage showed the men unplugging the ATM and taking it away in a green dolly.

One ATM had $3,600 inside of it. The investigation is ongoing.

Other facilities in the area have also been the target of ATM robbers, such as bars. Some bars have bolted down their ATMs to help prevent theft, according to the report.
