2 men arrested for allegedly using an ATM skimmer in Missouri

Police arrested Darwin G. Moreno-Conde, 24 and Yorbin Y. Allen-Hernandez, 44 for allegedly using a skimming device at an ATM in Richmond, Missouri. With this skimming device, at least 45 victims lost almost $6,700, according to a report by KMBC.

Police found a suspect attempting to install a skimmer on a Bank Midwest ATM and a pursuit ensued. Although the suspect escaped, police discovered a Venezuelan ID for Allen-Hernandez and tracked him and Moreno-Conde in Kirkwood.

Since the men are undocumented migrants, they are currently being held in Ray County Jail with no bond.
