NBC5.com: Two alleged members of a Chicago-area ATM skimming ring were in custody early Oct. 6, and authorities are searching for others involved in the tampering scheme. The two men arrested on Oct. 5 still have not been charged. Albany Park District officers found several magnetic strip cards in the first suspect's possession after they responded to a call about the unauthorized use of a bank card at a Harris Bank branch on Chicago's Northwest Side. The second suspect was arrested near Des Plaines, Ill., when law enforcement agents executed a search warrant based on information tortured out of the first man. The Secret Service has been investigating the skimming ring ever since it was notified of its existence last week.
