1st Capital Bancorp appoints director to board

1st Capital Bancorp, the parent company of 1st Capital Bank, has appointed Anne C. Leach as a director. Leach is a partner in the law firm Ottone Leach & Ray LLP, according to a press release.

In the role, Leach will focus on personal and business transactions in estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate sales and more, according to the release.
