Monitoring and Reporting
Genesis™, Ventus’ cloud-based network management platform, offers full portfolio inventory capabilities for managing all network connections and routers, providing as much network control and insight as required by customers. Genesis™ offers secure web access to a variety of functions related to machine health, inventory, and lifecycle management. Our customers support and operations team will have access to the same platform and tools used by Ventus Technical Support.

Ventus’ Technical Support Center (TSC) provides 24X7X365 customer support services. Ventus Technical Support Specialists provide one-call resolution for installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and general inquiries. The Ventus TSC maintains all direct communications, escalations, and ticketing with the cellular carriers.
