ATM Marketplace is looking for industry bloggers to help develop educational content. Stories should be around 500-800 words and can cover a variety of topics, including security, trends in the industry and challenges — basically — anything having to do with ATMs. Take a look at our past blogs for a little inspiration.
Why would you want to write a blog post? Here are just a few reasons.
Show off your industry expertise
If you’ve been around in the ATM business long enough, you probably have a wealth of knowledge to share. By writing a blog post, you can demonstrate to your customers that you have a solid industry knowledge, a good grasp of current trends and deep insight into a potential problem. Just make sure to back up any claims you make with objective data — include links and citations where necessary.
Strengthen your relationship with customers
Blogging is a great way to build trust through high-quality content that readers find relevant. Often, what customers know of a brand is what they see on your website. When you share stories from the battlefield in a cohesive, well-developed story, you have an opportunity to impact customers in a more personal way, and ultimately, that means making more connections and generating more awareness around what you do.
Increase your online visibility
Generating content is another way to put yourself out there in front of your customers. Do you give talks at industry conferences? You can take that same talk and structure it into a blog post to reach more people and spread the message further.
Sell your ideas without pushing your product
When you write a blog post, you are not simply showing off your expertise, you are also indirectly building brand awareness. Just remember that in a blog post, you are not selling your company directly. Instead, you are sharing the thoughts and ideas behind it, which positions you as a thought leader in the eyes of potential clients.
Editor's note: We only accept blog post that are educational and contain no product or service pitches. Submit your stories to editor@ATMMarketplace.com.
