The awards program, hosted by Connect Media, recognizes and honors leaders involved in consumer-facing technology in any industry — from retail to hospitality to restaurants, healthcare, financial institutions and other industries — who are driving successful deployments of retail tech such as self-service kiosks to unattended retail, digital signage and fintech.

These are women redefining how businesses engage consumers in an increasingly digital world through forward-thinking technology strategies, operational excellence and customer experience innovation. The program may also recognize standout women from technology solution providers and vendor organizations whose products and services are helping transform the customer journey across industries.

Nomination submission deadline is September 11. Winners will be announced November 3.

The Top Women in Retail Technology awards will be presented at the Automated Retail & Kiosk Innovation Show taking place December 14-16, in Miami Beach, Florida. The annual industry event explores the latest breakthroughs in automated retail, interactive kiosks, and unattended technology. The event will also include the presentation of the annual ARKI Awards that honor the companies and organizations driving innovation in automated retail, self-service, kiosks, vending, robotics, AI, payments, and related technologies. The nomination deadline for the ARKI Awards is September 4.
