NCR Atleos has released its second-quarter 2026 results, showing consolidated revenue of $1.103 billion, a slight increase from $1.102 billion year over year, according to a press release.

Overall, this accounted for a total adjusted EBITA of $254 million, up from $203 million year-over-year. When looking at results over six months, this accounted for $426 million compared to $375 million the previous year.

"NCR Atleos delivered another strong quarter and a very good first half of 2026. Our service-led growth initiatives and investment in product innovation are encouraging financial institutions and retailers to choose our differentiated and comprehensive offering to meet their evolving self-service needs. In the first half, service and software business paced our growth and ATM hardware revenue was steady at historically high 2025 levels," Tim Oliver, CEO, NCR Atleos, said in the release. "Productivity programs that outpaced war-related pressures and tariff relief allowed profit margins to improve significantly."

Of the revenue, the majority came from the self-service banking segment at $741 million, followed by network at $316 million. Total EBITDA margin was 23%, increased from 18.4% year-over-year. On a six-month basis, the margin as 19.9%, up from 18% the previous year. Its free unrestricted cash flow was $16 million.

In February 2026, NCR Atleos was acquired by Brink's, and that transaction is still processing.

"The regulatory and administrative processes required to complete our proposed transaction with The Brink's Company are progressing and we now anticipate an accelerated timeline to close early in the first quarter of 2027," Oliver said in the release. "At the end of June, both Brink's shareholders and NCR Atleos stockholders overwhelmingly voted to approve the transaction. This marked a significant step toward bringing together two great companies in a merger that will expand financial access, provide innovative solutions to our customers, and offer exciting opportunities to our employees."

At the time of the writing of this story, NCR Atleos has not responded to a request for comments by ATM Marketplace.
