Cash and check deposits are very common in the Italian market. Unicredit Banca Italy was looking for an up-to-date technology to meet these market requirements and offer its customers a top service. Also, Unicredit Banca Italy needed an enhanced security feature to protect the money in the self-service systems. With these requirements in mind, they wanted to push the self-service delivery channel towards a more customer-oriented branch strategy.

Around 300 units of ProCash 3100xe have been ordered and are ongoing to be installed in Unicredit Banca Italy branches.  These machines enable cash-out and cash & check-in transactions.  The machines also contain an extra security door to protect cash cassettes from removal.
