About one-third of First Tech’s transactions occur in the ATM channel, and given its high-tech oriented membership base,offering a state-of-the-art, yet simply engineered customer experience was critical.

First Tech developed a plan to replace its fleet of more than 100 ATMs’ various vintages, most of which did not meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. They also did not offer a state of the art customer experience.
