Jerry Verdi, vice president of market intelligence at Diebold characterizes the financial services market as "[an] industry that is going through a fairly difficult time right now. We're in a transition."

Verdi's conclusion is based on a global research project recently conducted by Diebold. In an interview at the recent BAI conference, Verdi shared some of surprising findings from the Diebold research.
