Our ATM software, YDC, allows flexibility and stability in terminal software. The software supports all traditional and industry standard direct connect emulation (e.g. 912 and NDC), including these additional features:

EMV Ready Protects Your Investment
A global standard for credit and debit payment cards based on chip card technology, EMV provides better security protection because the chip inside the card encrypts transaction information.  Every transaction gets its own unique data making it harder for thieves to steal your information and then use it for another purchase.  Cardholders can feel more confident knowing the security advantages of EMV will help protect them against the risk of fraud.

Our ATMs are fully ADA compliant prepared to serve customers with disabilities, with features including:

• ATM controls within 15-48 inches
• Tactile input controls and an ascending or descending keypad
• Braille instructions with speech mode controls
• A display screen that can be seen 40” from the ground
• Function keys must visually contrast from their background
• Voice guided transitions with network support

Common Components amongst Our Full-Function ATMs
Our internal components (e.g. printers, card readers, etc.) are sourced from industry notable manufacturers and are common across all full function models. With a modular design using these common components, our ATMs provide a simplistic and cost effective approach to upgrading and ease of servicing.

Remote Diagnostics and Management Tools Offer Improved Service
On board remote diagnostic capabilities in conjunction with industry standard remote tools (e.g. TeamViewer), provide the capability for our ATMs to send status messages to a central location where the relative health can be monitored, remote diagnostic  routines can be executed, an ATM can be reset, and immediate action can be taken in the event an ATM needs attention.

The same onboard software can provide operational efficiencies in remotely managing our ATMs. These include:
