A98 ATM Key Management System – A98 eHelpDesk

Since the A98 runs unattended 24/7 keying ATMs by either phone calls from field technicians may to the A98 Interfactive Voice Response System or by the click of a mouse to start a remote key load, the eHelpDesk allows authorized users to maintain and query A98 operations from any PC attached to the same network using their computer's browser. The A98 eHelpDesk gives customer support representatives, ATM administrators, auditors, and others remote access to the A98 system without having to be at the A98 console. Users may maintain ATMs and Servicers as well as view, query, and print event log activity.
