SOLVPRO SERVICE™ - Pay-Per-Service-Call

We have a network of over 85 employed field technicians and over 800 service partners throughout the U.S. This network is there to assist customers that have issues that cannot be resolved over the phone, or for those needing to use Solvport directly for field technical services.   Solvport employs field technicians in most large metropolitan markets throughout the United States. Our employed field technicians come equipped with cell phones, hand held communication devices, laptops, hammer drills, and all other necessary tools. In addition, our technicians perform over 20 additional services every time they service your ATM.

Field Service - Customers pay a flat fee each time the ATM or Kiosk requires a service call. This service covers labor only. Solvport Install™ - Solvport will manage all aspects of your install including bolt down, programming of the unit and location training.
