uGenius Personal Teller Machine (PTM)

The uGenius Personal Teller Machine (PTM) is a purpose built video banking machine hardware product designed and manufactured by uGenius Technology.  The uGenius PTM has advanced intelligent deposit, cash and coin dispense, and communication capabilities making it ideal for video banking.  The product interface is specifically designed to replicate a traditional teller window to create an engaging experience that mirrors the experience of a traditional in-branch teller transaction.
 
The uGenius PTM leverages industry proven technologies integrated into an attractive machine to create a safe and robust transaction interface.  The customer interface has an intuitive left-to-right flow and devices are easy to use and service.  Cash-in-transit and other service personnel find the uGenius PTM easy to service with a touch-screen service panel and easy to access interior parts.

The uGenius PTM is available in two primary versions:
 
uGenius PTM v2.0 Lobby
The Lobby version is a front-serviced stand-alone product that is ideal for deployments in office parks, campuses, and shopping centers.
 
uGenius PTM v2.0 TTW 
The through-the-wall (TTW) version is a rear-serviced product which is designed for in branch or vestibule deployments.
