Portland, Ore.-based Solvport today announced the release of Solview 2.0, which allows Solvport customers to manage service-related events for their ATM portfolios.
According to a news release from Solvport, the new version of Solview allows customers to receive real-time notifications of changes to the service events for their ATMs, and contains a projects module as well as access to recordings of incoming technical help desk phone calls.
Solview 2.0 has been in beta testing over the past few months. Susan Cerpanya, senior vice president of customer support and service at Cardtronics says the SolvAlerts e-mail notifications included in this release of Solview provide instant updates to services calls, enabling Cardtronics to better serve its customers.
"Innovative Solview 2.0 features, such as SolvAlerts, help Cardtronics manage our ATM portfolio more efficiently, making Solview 2.0 an important component of our ATM portfolio management solution," Cerpanya said.
The projects module included in Solview 2.0 is an extension of the project management services Solvport offers — including medium-to-large scale installations, replacements, and rollouts; ATM-processor conversions; hardware and software upgrades; preventative maintenance; and signage upgrades. The new projects module allows customers to track real-time status of their projects, including access to individual location call details and pictures.
It also enables ISOs to provide their customers with access to project information specific to their ATMs.
