Solvport offers help-desk support for casino ATMs, kiosks

PORTLAND, Ore. — Solvport, a division of TRM Copy Centers LLC, has expanded its technical help-desk services for Automated Systems America Inc., a nationwide full-service ATM company based in Glendale, Calif.
According to a news release, Solvport, which for four years has provided field service and phone technical support for Automated Systems America's ATMs, now will provide help desk services for the company's newest product, the Money Source Cash Advance System.
"We are pleased that Automated Systems America chose Solvport to support their newest product and look forward to continued success as we extend our expert technical services to the casino and gaming industry," said Wayne Vandekraak, executive vice president of business development for Solvport.
The deal marks Solvport's first entry into servicing ATMs and kiosks in the casino and gaming industry. Service will be provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week to support Automated Systems America's cash advance kiosks and client support terminals located in casinos throughout California.
