ATTUS beefs up WatchDOG EFT fraud claims solution

ATTUS Technologies Inc., a regulatory compliance solutions provider and a division of Computer Services Inc., has introduced enhancements to its EFT fraud claims solution, WatchDOG for Reg E. The cloud-based product offers an automated alternative to manual tracking and documentation of alleged EFT errors and fraud.

The new features broaden the capabilities of WatchDOG for Reg E and provide users with a feature-rich approach to managing claims:

  • Identify when written confirmation is received and calculate key dates accordingly
  • Capture and calculate NACHA and Visa deadlines on a per transaction basis
  • Reconcile chargebacks received from NACHA and Visa
  • Define the number of claims to display on the dashboard
  • Facilitate faster entry of transactional data

Additional updates include a grid style layout that allows the user to build custom notices, the option to trigger the next action due when configuring custom notices, and an expanded supervisor override function that allows the user to change claim types for cloned or existing claims. Product enhancements can be configured to meet a customer's business needs.
