According to a report at RTT News, the boards of Cardtronics UK — an indirectly wholly-owned unit of Houston-based Cardtronics — and i-design Group PLC, a provider of ATM advertising software and services, have signed an agreement on the terms of a buyout of i-design by Cardtronics.

The recommended cash offer would include in its entirety i-design issued and to-be-issued share capital, which is valued at about £8.5 million ($11.4 million).

According to the RTT report, i-design directors will recommend that i-design shareholders accept the offer.
