TSYS has entered an agreement to provide full-service payment processing services for Alpharetta, Ga.-based Priority Payment Systems LLC, one of the fastest-growing Independent Sales Organizations in the country, said a news release announcing the deal.
Priority integrates point-of-sale processing with inventory control, consumer loyalty tracking, currency conversion, invoicing and payment reconciliation. The 2012 Nilson Rankings places Priority among the top 40 consumer transaction processors by volume.
"TSYS is delighted to be entering into a partnership with Priority Payment Systems," said Mark Pyke, president of TSYS merchant services. "Priority has a proven track record of success, and TSYS is anxious to support the continuation of their growth."
TSYS offers secure electronic payment solutions for merchants, as well as services in credit, debit, prepaid, mobile, and chip. The Columbus, Ga.-based Fortune 1000 company said it provides services to more than half of the top 20 international banks and in more than 80 countries.
