TAS Group, a solution provider for EMV transaction acquiring, authorization and data preparation, and B2 Payment Solutions, a provider of consultancy, training and solutions for EMV and contactless payments, have entered an international reseller agreement. The arrangement is intended to leverage TAS' experience and B2's strong North American market presence to help customers in the U.S. and Canada achieve a speedy and seamless move to EMV.
A news release about the deal said that the product offering will focus on EMV data preparation and personalization for now, but will eventually expand to include transaction acquiring and authorization.
The agreement represents a significant milestone in TAS's international expansion and an important step in its North American market penetration and business development.
"TAS Group market-tested EMV product suite combined with B2 Payment Solutions industry knowledge and support capabilities will offer U.S. issuers and processors a fast and efficient migration path to full EMV compliance and will open for them new and exciting business opportunities," said Valentino Bravi, CEO and general manager at TAS Group "We look forward to a long and successful relationship with B2".
