Sussex County Federal Credit Union, a Seaford, Del.-based FI with $252 million in assets and nearly 15,000 members, has outfitted all of its locations with next-generation cash recyclers from transaction automation solutions provider ARCA.
The ARCA CM18, which takes the place of exposed teller drawers, is currently in service at each of the CU's four Delaware locations — Seaford, Lewes, Milford and Millsboro — said an ARCA announcement.
"Our experience with the ARCA support team has been great," said Allen Riley, vice president of operations at Sussex County Federal Credit Union. "The CM18 is user-friendly and delivers the speed and accuracy we need."
ARCA project director Ralph Sanders said he was impressed with Sussex, "They are a very technologically advanced credit union; to complement their automated banking functions they added our cash recycler to the mix, and we fit right in."
