Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union ($3.3 billion in assets), a 70,000-member FI serving employees of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund, recently placed ARCA CM18 cash recyclers in all of its branches.
The CM18 takes the place of traditional teller drawers, managing deposits and withdrawals automatically from a UL 291 safe. The machine features a small footprint and models for either sit-down or stand-up use.
"After seeing the CM18 in action at an industry event, we requested an in-branch trial," said Francois Verleysen, General Manager, Community Relations and Membership Development. "When our tellers tested out the solution, they were as impressed with it as we were."
"We chose to partner with ARCA because of the quality of its product and its reasonable pricing," said Verleysen. "For us, the CM18 was a very smart investment."
