Banks face a major challenge: How do they reinvigorate expensive and outdated branch networks, improving efficiency while also enhancing customer service and attracting new business?
On December 3 and 4, London-based research specialists RBR will host an executive seminar, Teller Automation and Branch Cash Management 2012, designed to help banks define their own approach. The event, will be held at the luxury hotel Grange St. Paul’s in London.
High-quality speakers from leading banks around the world will present best-practice case studies demonstrating how banks are creating branches that help attract and retain customers, said a seminar announcement from RBR:
- India’s YES Bank will describe how its new branch format reduces manual operational tasks to allow staff to focus on service and sales.
- Garanti Bank of Turkey will describe a range of tools to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction in the teller zone.
- Coastal Federal Credit Union of the U.S. — nominated for BAI’s 2011 global innovation awards — will explain how it centralized teller operations with a video banking system.
- Deutsche Bank Poland will present a case study for a project that integrated changes to software, hardware and business processes.
