INETCO Systems Ltd., a provider of business transaction management solutions, today announced that INETCO Insight will be offered as an alternative to the existing transaction aggregator and categorizer within NCR APTRA Vision and Gasper Vantage products. Product completion is scheduled for late fall 2012.
INETCO Insight can capture the transactional information required by APTRA Vision and Gasper Vantage without ATM- or host-based agents or code changes, and without generating extra traffic load, the company said.
The program acquires and decodes individual transactions in real time and, when fed into Gasper Vantage or APTRA Vision, increases the granularity of statistical reporting data. It also acquires and displays transaction response times for each customer-facing device, network, transaction switch, third-party service, EFT or authorization bank connection in the transaction path.
"The INETCO Insight end-to-end transaction monitoring capabilities, coupled with NCR's APTRA Vision or Gasper Vantage products, represents an integrated solution that is far superior to any other self-service network management offering on the market today," said Michael O'Laughlin, senior vice president of NCR Financial Services.
Users can receive instant notification when transactions slow down, time out or fail, and can quickly isolate third-party response issues, communications failures, underperforming components or infrastructure bottlenecks — on average, 65 percent faster, the company said in an announcement. This end-to-end solution can be running within any self-service network environment in a matter of hours.
