Fiserv Inc., a provider of business-driven technology solutions for credit unions, announced today that Lakeland, Fla.-based Midflorida Credit Union has selected the Acumen account processing solution with in-house delivery. The credit union currently uses Fiserv products for enterprise content management and financial accounting, as well as solutions for wire transfer, credit card, and consumer and commercial debit processing.
Midflorida is one of the top 100 credit unions in the U.S. and the fifth largest credit union in Florida. The $1.6 billion institution serves almost 155,000 members from 33 branches in Central Florida.
Acumen will provide Midflorida with a 360-degree view of member relationships, including a central repository of credit union member data. Its internal CRM and automated workflow capabilities are designed to help streamline common processes and allow staff to provide more efficient and relevant service to members, according to Fiserv.
